Utility Cupboard 

Your stopcock, and mechanical/ electrical installations as listed below are in your services/ utility cupboard within your apartment. For your own safety, please do not tamper with the equipment. All equipment has been labelled for your safety and convenience.

Media Services 

Terrestrial aerials are provided to the development and connected to your apartment. You may connect your TV to and TV points in your apartment to receive Freest or Freeview.

The development has also been fitted with a communal Sky Satellite dish which is SKYQ ready.

There are television points installed to the living area and master bedroom in your new home, and these have been wired for Satellite and SKY Q. Data sockets are also installed to allow you to connect your TV to your Broadband service.

To arrange a connection and subscription to a package, please call your chosen supplier.

TV License 

In order to watch television legally in the UK, you will need to purchase a Television License.

Please note that your Television License does not automatically move with you and it is important to notify TV Licensing so they can transfer your license to your new address.

Telephone and Broadband

Your home has wiring for a master telephone socket in the services/utility cupboard in your apartment and extensions in the living area and bedroom(s).

OFNL routers have been installed in your home. The connections between the master socket and extensions are live but you will need to contact OFNL who will provide your new telephone line/service.

Water meter

The water meter for your apartment can be found in the riser cupboard in the communal corridor. For access, please speak to the Management Company.

Internal water main stopcock

The internal water main stopcock isolates water to your apartment and is located inside your apartment in the Services/ Utility cupboard

Electricity meter

The electricity meter for your apartment can be found in the riser cupboard in the communal corridor. For access, please speak to the Management Company.

Electric consumer unit

The Electric consumer unit can be found inside your apartment in the Services/Utility Cupboard

Heat Interface Unit (HIU)

The HIU can be found inside your apartment in the Services/Utility Cupboard

Mechanical ventilation system (MVHR)

Some of the properties on the scheme have MVHR units. For the properties that do, the MVHR can be found inside your apartment in the Services/Utility Cupboard

Underfloor heating manifold

The Underfloor heating manifold can be found inside your apartment in the Services/Utility Cupboard
